Kizami（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の情報を収集しません。この文書は、それが具体的に何を意味するのかを述べたものです。
本アプリにアカウントやログインの仕組みはありません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先・写真ライブラリのいずれも収集しません。解析ツールや広告の仕組みも組み込んでいません。
約束と記録は端末の中に保存されます。本アプリ専用のサーバーは存在せず、開発者のサーバーへ送ることはありません。iCloud 同期を入れた場合だけ、Apple の iCloud にある利用者自身の領域にも置かれます（下記）。
通信が発生するのは次の二つだけです。Apple が処理する購入手続きと、利用者が入れた場合の iCloud 同期です。どちらも相手は Apple で、開発者のサーバーは関わりません。
画面の中のリンクを押したときは、端末の標準のブラウザが開きます（この方針や規約のページ、利用者が自分で書き込んだ URL など）。本アプリが中身を取りに行くわけではなく、開くかどうかは利用者の操作によります。開いた先での通信は、そのブラウザと相手先のあいだのものです。
設定で iCloud 同期を入れると、約束と記録は Apple の iCloud を通じて、利用者自身の端末どうしに行き渡ります。置かれる先は利用者の iCloud アカウントの非公開の領域で、開発者はその中身を見ることができません。開発者が見られるのは「どのような種類の記録を置くか」という設計上の定義だけで、利用者のデータそのものではありません。
この機能ははじめは切ってあり、入れるかどうかは利用者が決めます。iCloud にサインインしていない端末では始まりません。iCloud 上のデータの扱いには Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
設定で切ると、それ以降は iCloud へ置かれません。すでに iCloud にあるぶんは、端末の iCloud 設定から本アプリのデータを削除することで消せます。ただし端末の中の台帳は消えません ── 本アプリに記録を消す仕組みは無く、iCloud 同期はそれを変えません。
約束の内容と記録は、Apple の仕組み（Watch Connectivity）を通じて、利用者自身の iPhone と Apple Watch のあいだで直接やり取りされます。開発者のサーバーを経由することはなく、開発者がその内容を見ることもできません。
時刻の知らせは端末の中で組み立てられるローカル通知です。本アプリ専用のサーバーは存在せず、開発者から通知を送ることはできません。通知の許可を断っても記録の機能はそのまま使えます。
iCloud 同期を入れている場合だけ、Apple の iCloud から無音の通知が届きます。「ほかの端末で変わった」ことを知らせるだけの合図で、中身は入っておらず、画面にも何も出ません。これは Apple の仕組みによるもので、開発者が送っているものではありません。通知の許可とは別のものなので、許可を断っていても同期は動きます。
お試しを始めた時刻が、端末のキーチェーンと iCloud のキーバリューストレージに保存されます。入れ直しや機種変更でお試しがやり直しにならないようにするためのもので、内容は時刻だけです。
アプリ内の購入は Apple が処理します。支払いに関する情報を本アプリや開発者が受け取ることはありません。
個人情報を収集しないため、使う人の年齢によって挙動が変わることはありません。
この文書を変更した場合は、ページ上部の日付も合わせて変わります。

Kizami does not collect your information. This page sets out what that means in practice.
Kizami has no accounts and no sign-in. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or photo library. There is no analytics tool and no advertising code in the app.
Commitments and entries are stored on your device. There is no server belonging to this app, and nothing is sent to the developer. Only if you turn on iCloud sync are they also placed in your own area of Apple's iCloud (see below).
There are only two kinds of network activity: the purchase itself, which Apple handles, and iCloud sync, if you turn it on. In both cases the other party is Apple; no server belonging to the developer is involved.
Tapping a link inside the app opens the device's own browser — this policy and the terms, or a URL you have written in yourself. The app does not fetch anything itself, and whether it opens is your action. Any network activity after that is between that browser and the site.
If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, your commitments and entries travel between your own devices through Apple's iCloud. They are placed in the private area of your own iCloud account, and the developer cannot see what is in it. What the developer can see is only the schema — which kinds of records the app stores — never your data itself.
This is off to begin with, and whether to turn it on is your choice. It will not start on a device that is not signed in to iCloud. Apple's privacy policy applies to how your data is handled within iCloud.
Turning it off in Settings stops anything further from being placed in iCloud. What is already there can be removed from your device's iCloud settings, by deleting this app's data. Note that the ledger on your device does not disappear — the app has no mechanism for erasing entries, and iCloud sync does not change that.
Your commitments and entries move between your own iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple's Watch Connectivity. They do not pass through any server belonging to the developer, and the developer cannot see them.
Alerts are local notifications assembled on the device. There is no server belonging to this app, and the developer cannot send you a notification. Declining the notification permission does not stop you from recording.
Only if you turn on iCloud sync does your device receive silent notifications from Apple's iCloud. They are a signal that something changed on another of your devices — they carry no content and nothing appears on screen. They come from Apple's own mechanism, not from the developer. They are separate from the notification permission, so sync works even if you decline it.
The moment your trial started is kept in the device keychain and in iCloud key-value storage, so that reinstalling or changing phones does not restart it. It is a timestamp and nothing else.
The in-app purchase is processed by Apple. Payment details are never seen by this app or its developer.
Because no personal information is collected, the app behaves the same way regardless of the age of the person using it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
